[Ladinian State Visit] preparations for the Ladinian state visit to Arcadia

As the collective Arcadian Head of State, it will be the Senate's task to officially welcome H.M. The Ladinian Emperor. The first state visit to Arcadia will be a great historical event, therefore everything must be perfect.

On the first day of the Ladinian Emperor's visit, there will be an address to the Senate, a state dinner, and the formal flag ceremony.

The State Dining Room runs a test for the multi-course state dinner. The musicians who are to play at the state dinner are rehearsing.

In the Senate chamber checks are run to make sure all microphones are working.

The Senate Guard is preparing for it's role as a guard of honor and to escort the Ladinian Emperor and other guests through the building and Senate grounds. Dress rehearsals with their ceremonial uniforms will start today.

On the Senate grounds, the Imperial Arcadian Mounted Police, the Commonwealth Coast Guard and the Senate Guard prepare for the arrival, departure, and flag ceremonies.
